Location & Directions

EAGLE VISION & EYE CLINIC is located on the southeast corner of Main street and 21 st Avenue in Longmont, Colorado. Our building is located just south, across 21 st Avenue, from Heritage Bank. You may enter the parking lot either from Main street or from 21 st Avenue. The majority of patients park on the west (front) side of the building.
